1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@homesofrajasthan.us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Items must be returned unused and in original packaging with tags/accessories intact.
2. Exchange Policy
If your product is damaged or defective, we will arrange a free replacement of the same or a similar item.
If the exact item is not available, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
3. Refund Policy
For minor, repairable damages, a partial refund may be offered.
In rare cases where an exchange is not feasible, a full refund may be issued upon product return and inspection.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
